Certificate in TEYL
What is TEYL?
T.E.Y.L = Teaching English to Young Learners
We defined young learners as children aged six to twelve.
There are some differences in ESL (English as Second Language) and EFL (English as a Foreign Language), but most people recognized ESL as a term that encompasses all forms
of English learning for people whose first language is not English.
Our CertTEYL is designed for those who teach English overseas, but we have had
a great response from ESL teachers in Australia, Britain, Canada, and the United States.
Two Paths
Experienced teachers can take our CertTEYL course ONLINE (distance learning via the Internet).
Novice teachers must also take a 60-hour practicum session on site with real students.
